All-rounder for 1.6 litres with touch control
The Sigma 3-16T is a space-saving, air-cooled benchtop centrifuge with an impressive capacity of up to 4 × 400 ml. Its wide range of rotors and accessories enables it to accommodate a wide variety of sample vessels, providing a high degree of flexibility for many laboratory applications – from routine tasks to more demanding process steps.
A key feature is the new touchscreen-based Spincontrol T control unit, which makes it easy to use and provides a clear overview of the parameters. Functions such as program memory, USB data export, quality management options and connection to the Sigma Timer app help make processes efficient and transparent.
ECO Mode switches the device to standby mode to save energy and costs.
The Sigma 3-16T also sets high standards in terms of safety. Automatic rotor detection, digital imbalance monitoring and service life monitoring of rotors and buckets ensure reliable operation.
The Sigma 3-16T is available as a refrigerated centrifuge and as an IVD version.

Sigma centrifuge tables are available in six different sizes. Matched to the corresponding centrifuge dimensions, they combine convenient work height with an optimally calculated footprint. The tables are made from coated sheet steel and are equipped with a storage compartment (with two doors) and a convenient pull-out shelf. Lockable castors allow the centrifuge tables to be easily moved and positioned in the laboratory.
